 * Hi, during installation I get through until point 4: settings. The plugin page
   does not show a “settings” option where I can enter the G+ code. The settings
   option is available for other plugins, but not for crossposting. How do I get
   there?

   in the meantime. You can find a screenshot of the settings page here:

 * The settings page can be found in the admin interface under Settings -> Google
   + Crossposting.
