In order to get real time rates, I need to fill in below. * This is what I did: * Realtime rates: enable (checked) Method title: Fedex Fedex account number: 00xxxx( done) Fedex meter number: blank Web services key: blank Web services password: blank Production key: checked Debug mode: enable (checked) Residential: uncheck Insurance: enable (checked) Fedex one: enable (checked) Request types: list types Fedex smartpost hub: N/A Indicia: Parcel select Offer rates: offer the customer all returned rates Origin passcode: blank (whose passcode?) Rates in base currency: uncheck * Please check if it is okay.
