As to the issue with the Permalinks on your site, it could be the “password protection” on the `.htaccess` file and/ or something blocking access to it in general such as a security plugin/service on your site. * The plugin, if that is the case, may have a setting you can adjust as needed … otherwise I would suggest bringing the issue with the `.htaccess` file to your web hosting services attention for them to review that particular issue further. * Thanks, again! * – Cais.
