What version of WP Mobile Menu are you using?
Try to disable all plugins except WP Mobile Menu to discard a plugin conflict and do any change and test if it saves the option.
In last resort try to hit the button “Reset to defaults”(next to the Save Changes) and start the changes again*

I remember that was another topic related to that plugin almost 1 year ago. But there wasn’t any conclusion, because the user updated the PHP version and the problem went away.

It doesn’t make sense that the plugin is interacting with the saving process of WP Mobile Menu settings. But somehow that’s happening.

i downgraded our testsite to 7.1, doesnt work.
upgraded to 7.3 nothing changed.
We use php 7.2.
yes makes no sense, but it is.
After disabled the Ad Blocker Notify it works fine,
when enabled Ad Blocker Notify dont work.
how we can fix this issue ?
we need both of this plugins.
want also to upgrade the mobileversion to pro.

I need to investigate it further and will time for that. For now, I would suggest that you disable the other plugin and do any necessary changes in WP Mobile Menu and activate again Ad Blocker Notify.
I would also suggest that you get in touch with Ad Blocker Notify so they can also have a look.

when i disable adblocker and make any changes to mobile menu,
then activate adblocker again, the changes for the mobile menu are set do default.
