Just tested this and it all seems to save correctly in my test site.
Do you use Google Chrome? If you do, can you check the developers console (keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + J, or if your on a Mac it would be Cmd + Opt + J
If you could let me know if there’s any errors within the console please.

Yes, I¡m using Google Chrome.
I deselect some checkboxes, but after saving, I display default selection of checkboxes.
Having the same problem w/settings not saving. Appreciate the help.

Did you check your console errors, as we’re not able to recreate it could be a conflict. If can see those console errors it should help us debug further. 🙂

What themes are you using, and does it work if you quickly test in something like Twenty Twelve?

Same problem with Firefox 31.
Checked/unchecked checkboxes doesn’t save after SAVE CHANGES button.
Hi there,
I’ve just done a fresh install and tested this in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Could you both try disabling all other plugins please and seeing if you still have the same issue?
If you do, can you let me know what sort of server setups you have (nginx/apache) etc.

All plugins are actually disabled, just only CoursePress is activated.
Same error.
Same problem w/settings not saving.
My WP theme is Elegant Theme’s Divi.
Servers are 1&1.com name servers.

Same error with version 1.0.9 of the plugin.

Could you confirm which settings aren’t saving now?
I’ve just checked on my install and with 1.0.9, the instructor capabilities are saving correctly and all other settings.
