What other plugins do you have installed? I’ve seen odd cases in some other plugins of menu position being overridden. If you can and want to test this idea out yourself, just deactivate all plugins except ours and BuddyPress, and see if it shows up. It should be appearing below the “Settings” menu.
I tried to uninstall all plugins except bp registration options and still I cant see differences. The plugin settings just doesnt show up in admin menu, what doesnt make me sense. I iknow, that the plugin was worked previously for me, but then I had buddypress older versions and other theme, but now I just cant see this plugin, like it doesnt excists. Maybe something wrong in php files?
I can give for you a login credentials to my wordpress website, so you can see what plugins are installed and check, is there a solution to fix this problem. Thanks!
I’d admittedly be interested in being able to log in, yes. You can send some admin cred details to michael at webdevstudios dot com, and I’ll check on it soon.
If you could please, add to the email if it’s a dev site or a live site, so I know exactly how careful I need to be, as well as a link to this thread to help keep my side better organized. Thanks.
Okay so I figured out for a long time why i didnt found the settings. I just didnt had rights in my current user role to see, manage and edit this plugin settings. So now this solution is resolved and thank you anyways for gave me a support!
Good to hear it was as simple as that 🙂
I am having the same issue. Even as Network Admin I can’t find the settings page in the admin. I tested on a fresh version of WP Multisite 4.1. Any ideas?
Will answer on your own thread 🙂
