# Settings do not load properly

 * ok so I opened a ticket 20 days prior and no response , so commenting here out
   of desperation …
 * Hello, recently bought the plugin and there is an issue similar to this comment(
   [https://codecanyon.net/comments/9591253](https://codecanyon.net/comments/9591253))
   I have been facing the same issue when i used it for free but never bother thought
   buying might fix it or something .. and I did file a ticket before how can I

   although its same like the comment i shared above can you tell me what guide 
   you gave them ? because of this i can not change any settings fully utilize the

 * Find the option ‘factory_css_js_compression’ and clear its value.
 * Save the changes and check the locker editor again.
