Hi,

For some reason, when I go to the WP Customer Review Settings in WordPress, there are no options anymore. I cannot add fields or customize anything. Any idea as to why the settings disappeared? The plugin and WP are both up-to-date.

The plugin probably became deactivated. Just try clicking one of the buttons on the lower part of the settings page and it should re-activate and all settings will appear.

@bompus thanks! The settings page was asking me if I wanted to receive email notifications, so when I clicked on “no thanks”, it made all the settings come up!
