 * Hi,
 * The Settings, Input Data, View Data and Edit Data buttons are greyed out on my
   site. When I inspect it I get this code for example
 * `<a href="http://resourcedat.com/upgrade/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=custom-
   database-tables&mode=input&_cdbt_token=4b9682d8ac" class="btn btn-default" disabled
   ="disabled"><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-pencil"></span> Input data</a>`
 * Why is “diabled=disabled” there? Thanks.

 * Thank you for your inquiry.
 * The menu buttons of “Input data”, “View data” and “Edit data” will be enabled
   after selecting manageable table. From the tab of “Enable tables list” in “Setting”,
   please click the specific button of “Set Current Table”. By that table is enabled,
   each buttons as the “Input data” button will become the enable.
 * Please try it.

 * Hi,
 * Even the settings button is disabled. I went around it by removing the disabled
   attribute and checked the settings, the Enable Tables List page is blank. There
   is nothing on it.
 * Any ideas?
 * Thanks

 * Hi there,
 * If the “Enable Tables List” page was blank, you have not created a table yet.
   In this plugin, you firstly have to create a new table.
 * Thank you.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the help. For anyone that has this problem, like I said I had to remove
   the “disabled” attribute on the settings button via inspect element.
 * Also, through ka2’s suggestion I incorporated the existing tables again. I don’t
   know why they were deactivated in the first place, but this helped me fix it.
 * どうもありがとう！
