    Hi! I have a minor, but awkward visual problem/bug. When not logged in as a WordPress user (aka. as a normal visitor) you can see the settings for the plugin you’ve set as input boxes below the table (you can see it when visiting the website, it’s in Finnish). This doesn’t happen when you’ve logged in as a WordPress user. Is it something that can be changed through settings or is it a bug?

    Here are my settings:

    [csvtohtml_create
     debug_mode="no"
     title=""
     html_id="elokuvataulukko"
     html_class="tablesorter"
     source_type="guess"
     source_files="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/XXX/pub?gid=0&output=csv"
     add_ext_auto="no"
     design_template=pyjamas
     downloadable="yes"
     downloadable_text="Lataa .csv tiedostona" downloadable_filename="elokuvakerhopalvelu_csvtohtml.csv"
     search_functionality="yes"
     searchbutton_text="Etsi"
     resetbutton_text="Tyhjennä"
     sort_cols_userclick="yes"
     sort_cols_userclick_arrows="yes"]

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    This was a bug that existed for a very short period of time and was fixed very quick. It was fixed rather long ago. You are not using the latest version of the plugin. Are you able to update the plugin? Does it solve the issue?

    Hi! That’s odd. We have automatic updates on this plugin so it’s supposed to be the latest version (and it means I can’t update it further). Currently it’s on version 2.70

    As I said the input’s are only visible if I’m not logged in as a WordPress admin. So going to let’s say incognito and typing the same address I can see the inputs

    Ah I think I got it. We are using a caching add-on called W3 Total Cache and I just tried to purge all caches and now I think it works! I thought it was supposed to purge all caches every 15 min or so but…guess not. That’s odd too.

    EDIT: no it’s not supposed to purge automatically. I was a dumb dumb. You need to manually purge them which does make it a bit hard when you have automatic updates on plugins so nobody’s really actively going to the site to update it and after that you’d get a banner recommending to purge the caches. Eventually I just deleted the cache add-on. I hope and think our website isn’t that bloated so it’s not going to be super slow now on.

    I suspected this was a caching issue either from the hosting company or from a plugin (or both). Generelly it’s better to get a better hosting company than a caching plugin if you need the speed. Good thing it works now anyway!
