    Hi we have changed settings for reports under Geek mode

    we click save but it doesnt changed them it just resets back to default

    is there a way to resolve this as trying to only track a few items but keeps generating lots of reports

    Thank you for using our plugin Awuk.

    If you select Geek from the Log level drop down menu, then the default list of event IDs will be enabled.

    If you disable any of the event IDs, then the log level is changed to Custom, which is what it should be when you make changes. If it is custom and you switch it back to geek the default list of event IDs will be enabled.

    Can you please confirm if this is how it works on your website? If not, can you please elaborate on what the issue is?

    is there a way to search logs sorry for an ID?

    Hello @awuk

    The Search and Filters are features in the Premium plugin, however, if you are looking for a specific event ID you can always sort the activity log by the event IDs (ascending or descending order) and scroll until you find the event ID you are looking for. By sorting the event IDs in a descending order you can easily find a specific event ID.
