Setting up menus

Perhaps I have missed something really obvious but I can’t seem to find any instructions at all for setting up your WordPress menu after installing and activating Restrict Content. At this stage I have the “register” page as a top level menu item and “Your membership”, “Edit your profile”, and “Update billing card as sub items. There does not appear to be a way to display a “login” or “logout” link or to hide certain menu items from logged out users. Can someone please point me to a good tutorial or where this information might be found in the iThemes help documentation.

I once used RCP membership levels and organized the menu access with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-menus/
For the login/logout, you can check your menu back end. Add them there. Or build with a theme builder or an extra plugin.
