Setting up Home Page – Missing section in Reading Settings

    I sure need some help setting my Home page to the page labeled “home”. Dashboard => Settings => Readings => Front Page Displays to select “static page”

    I DO NOT HAVE “Front Page Displays” and I desperately need help getting this problem fixed. Any help is welcome!
