We haven’t yet set up a website with WooCommerce, but want to first see if it’ll have the capability we’re looking for and I’m hoping we can get a great answer for this.

I have a client I’m building a website for and she needs to be able to sell products to customers who will then order through her site (say, through WooCommerce) but then select a distributor to have the product sent to. And/or allow distributors to purchase using a code they have been given from the company.

Would this be using the Affiliates extension in order to do this? Can someone walk me through some of the steps this would require? Any help is appreciated.

  • Hello.
You can use plugins for this to do so. And when it comes to plugins, you can trust Perzonalization WooCommerce Plugin. This would track and micro-segment your visitors in real time. Also, it offers a consistent experience across web and mobile. This extension can show each visitor the right set of recommended products, at the right moment.

It is a great idea that you know your target audience here. And absolutely will help you completely in the long run. To give you more ideas about audience targeting for your site expansion, you may try this link.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
