# Setting up categories

 * I’m a little stuck with setting up how my categories are displaying. I currently
   have
 * News
    Press About Contact
 * About and contact are just pages but news and press I would like to be able to
   make posts to. However I only want my Main Index Template to display the news
   category. Then I would like Press to be accessed by a link from my header, just
   like the about and contact links. The problem I’m having is I can’t work out 
   how to only show posts from the news catagory on the index. How do I only show
   posts from a particular catagory?

 * I had a quick look but I’m not sure that’s what I’m looking for (excuse me if
   I’m wrong, php is a bit foreign to me still). I don’t want to change or reorder
   the category list, I want to display posts from only one category on the Main
   Index Template file. Will I be able to do that with the code on that page?
