Setting up a giveaway

Hello

I am trying to set up a giveaway on my website and I’ve tried to find some plugins for it, but i can’t seem to find what i am looking for…

It should be a system where you have to pay something like 0,20 dollars to join the giveaway. So kind more like a ticket to a tombola kind off.

Does anybody have a solution for this?
