Support » Plugin: Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr, SmugMug, Google Photos & Others » Setting up a gallery redirects to staging site config

  • I am on bluehost.

    Whenever I try to set up a gallery, the iframe that pops up shows up containing settings for a staging site instead of the actual content from the Photonic plugin. So far, their support has not made much headway here, any suggestions?

    Sorry – I am unable to understand the issue. Can you post a screenshot? Another user mentioned something about a “Bluehost provider plugin”. Is that something you too have? Is there a link available for the plugin so that I may test it out? Can you disable it and retry?

    From all angles it seems like an issue on their end – I have never had another plugin interfering with the gallery wizard. If I were to take a guess without a screenshot, it would appear that they are hooking in their scripts at a point where they shouldn’t be.

    Yes, I am the other user, I believe. I have the same issue with the BlueHost plugin, the window opens on the bluehost settings. I have disabled the bluehost plugin until the next update. If I get a trouble ticket number from them I will share it with the group. Thanks!

    @jtemple27,
    Thanks.

    I am not on BlueHost though, so a ticket definitely wouldn’t help me. Rather, it might help the OP.

    I am guessing this plugin is not available freely? What does it do? Are there plugins from the WP plugins directory (i.e. this site) that help with the same functionality?

    I am chatting with BlueHost support and gave them a screen shot. They are working on the issue. The plugin provides a staging site and auto updates … The ticket number is

    case number: 26188868
