 * I have all the latest versions.
    I’ve asked my host to set up the cron job as
   per instructions. No idea where I enter app id’s for twitter, youtube etc
 * No idea how to set this plugin up, or for that matter what it really does.

 * OK, I didn’t give up and I stumbled upon how to set these up.
 * I switched the green switches (that look like they are already “on” to green 
   with tick)
    I then discovered that there were extra menu options for the social
   networks to be set up (nowhere near these switches).
 * I then set things up.
