Setting up 3rd party email with Namecheap

Namecheap is my host and I’m trying to set up email with them. They say “you will need to contact your DNS provider (WordPress) and have the following records setup in the domain name zone file”. They then give me a table with the following column headings: Hostname, Record Type, Priority, Weight, Port, Value. How do I do this?
