setting slide duration to 0 does not fully disable autoplay

    first of all, thanks for the plugin! i’m using version 2.1.7 of slide-anything.

    i have the ‘slide duration’ set to 0 to disable autoplay.

    testing the carousel on my phone: the carousel slider doesnt move initially, but once you drag and shift it to another slide, it starts automatically autoplaying. this doesn’t happen on desktop.
