Setting Roles for Woo Commerce Shop Manager

    My shop managers can’t see the Next-Gen “Gallery” option and now since enabling the “Shop Manager” role in Next-Gen the administrators can’t see the Gallery now either.

    I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it and it’s now set back to admin just like the OP said.
