 * Hi
 * I would like to know how do I set a backup to take place every 3 months at a
   random time during the month. I have 50 sites and don’t want all backing up at
   same time on server! I want them all to be randomised but a backup every 3 months
   at least.
 * Regards
    Alex

 * Hi [@lab41](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lab41/), there is currently no
   feature to have it run randomly, but you can set advanced cron options if you
   select the advanced scheduling box.
 * What I would do is under month, select something like January, April, July, October.
   Under day, you can set each site to whatever day you want, spread throughout
   the month.
 * If I may say so, with BackWPup Pro, there’s the option of exporting a job, so
   you could easily import the same job into all 50 sites and just change the schedule
   that it runs.

 * 1) Thanks.
    2) What I would do is under month, select something like January,
   April, July, October. Under day you can set each site to whatever day you want,
   spread throughout the month. = fine. But how do I do it at a random time during
   that day? Not at a specific hour and minute? 3) First testing out the free option.
   4) how heavy is this plugin on a websites cpu and memory? What’s the best way
   to minimize it?

 * [@lab41](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lab41/), it is not currently a feature
   to have it run at a random hour and minute. But you can select any hour and minute
   you like, and you can select a different time for each site if you like.
