Hi folks! I was hoping to get some guidance about setting user roles. I’m helping my son’s Boy Scout troop put together a website for the Troop. The boys on the web committee are responsible for creating content and modifying content on the site. We’re using pages and not posts to create persistent content.
I’d like to be able to set the boys permissions to allow them to be able to create content and edit existing content, but NOT to be able to post that content until an adult (for not, that’s me) has reviewed the material and determined that the content is acceptable to post. The way I’ve got the boys permissions set now, they can’t post new pages. However, if they make changes to an existing page, those changes don’t require review and can be posted right away. Assistance in setting the permissions would be appreciated!
