 * I click the setting icon in the profile of the user, the edit profile, my account,
   log out and cancel setting doesn’t appear (but it should appear). It just change
   the hover color and nothing happens.

 * If you are referring to the gear icon which drops down when you click, then you
   are having css conflicts with either .um-dropdown, um.min, or bootstrap.min.css
   or all three.
 * Please initiate the standard WordPress troubleshooting procedure.

 * Thank you for your patience to me. I observed that you always answer my questions
   and I really appreciate it. Sorry I have no idea on WordPress troubleshooting
   procedure, can you educate me with that? I hope you can help me. Thank you again

 * Can you please also do a test on the theme first and then plugins and see if
