Setting in .htaccess instead and option for HSTS setting would be fine

    Currently I’m required to use two plugins for https resource rewrite and https enforce via .htaccess (more efficient) instead of in the code (php) by this plugin. Also both plugins lack in the option to enforce https in addition by hsts header data been sent by ticking this option.
