Hi @dexxdesign,
Thanks for your kind words!
AMP container are currently not supported.
This is something that is on the roadmap but with lower priority. As far as I know some AMP plugins already support GTM AMP containers, maybe that integration is fine for the time this plugin will support the same as well.
Have a great day,
Thomas Geiger
AMP – CloudFlare.com – AMPforWP.com
Hello Thomas Geiger
Thank you very much for your great plugin.
Have been using your plugin for many years on many sites. Your plugin works great.
Thank you very much for adding support for CloudFlare.com
CloudFlare and GTM now work great together thanks to you.
Hope you soon will put AMP support for GTM higher on your priority list.
Been struggling for some months to use GTM with CloudFlare.com and https://ampforwp.com
The ampforwp.com support team has not been able to solve this issue with GTM and CloudFlare.com
Seems it would be easier to use your plugin with AMP,
rather than starting from scratch with a plugin that is meant to also do a lot of other things.
Thank you very much.
Regards
TBT
Hi @tiur1x,
You are welcome 🙂
I will do my best to add AMP support soon. In the meantime if you or others can contribute to the source, I am always open to merge pull requests on GitHub:

Hi TBT,
Am I correct that you have entered the same GTM container ID on your regular site and for your AMP site?
AMP sites must include a separate container. If you create a new container on the GTM UI, you must select “AMP” as the container type instead of “Web”.
Please check this, it might solve your issue.

Hello Thomas
Thank you very much for your help.
The issue is now solved.
Created a separate AMP container and tag.
Now using “AMP” as the container type instead of “Web”.
Everything works correctly.
Thanks
TBT
@duracelltomi
Hi Thomas, This is Ahmed, developer of the AMP plugin.
Great! Thanks for the insight!
@tiur1x so are you still using the built in GTM integration or the new plugin mentioned in the https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/accelerated-mobile-pages/issues/958 ?
Regards,
Ahmed
Using the built in GTM integration.
The GTM plugin is removed.
Hi Thomas,
For me it would also be good to be able to use AMP in your plugin.
Kind regards,
Dominic
I will check what I can do but this will be included in v1.9 at least (v1.8 is currently in development)
Hi Thomas,
You’re awesome
Ohh so fruitful discussion. Thanks, I follow your instruction and find the solution. Great!
