 * To speed up page load I’d like to set the content expiration for assets. I’m 
   thinking this is probably done within apache, but I wanted to be sure. Am I correct
   or is this a setting within wordpress? By the way, we’re running a multi site
   environment so we need to set it for all sites assets. Thanks.
