  • Hi,

    I’m using the 3.0.11.7 version and without doing anything, the setting are reseted in the module.

    Is it something normal ?

    That should not happen.
    Can you please list here all other active modules you have and which theme you use.

    Something similar was reported couple ago by one user, but never again, so I was unable to debug issue then.

    I’m using the theme Alchemists. The theme have its own modules. I’m also using :
    – Advanced Custom Fields
    – Contact Form 7
    – Cookie Bar
    – Custom Facebook Feed
    – Disqus
    – WooCommerce
    – Yoast SEO

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, during this period of time I could not reproduce issue.

    Please let me know:

    1. Did plugin ever before or after that case reset settings again, or you experienced that only once and never again? If that happened only once, enabling WordPess debugging will not help us much.
    2. Do you remember what you do on site before you have noticed reset YouTube Channel settings (not at that moment before notice, but couple hours before)?
    3. Is there any error in hosting account error_log couple hours before you noticed reset settings?

    Hi,

    Yes it did it once since I post my message.
    The problem is that I’m not the administrator of the website, I used the extension for a client. I noticed me a little bit late and couldn’t says when it appends exactly and what he did before he noticed that.

    I often checking the website to see as soon as possible when it reproduce. If it do it one more time, I will have more informations to give.
