It looks like you are using a Shop page, which is a custom template that is part of WooCommerce. Have you tried a non-WooCommerce page?
When you set a page in WooCommerce to be the “Shop” page, it changes and overrides the template that would typically be used for that type of page. That would cause our simple “restrict” feature to not work.
If you used our Restrict Content Pro version, there are more restriction options with regards to WooCommerce.

It’s not a WordPress page though. It’s a WooCommerce page. Things work differently over there.
This support forum is only for our free plugin. Our free plugin has limitations.
