Seting up Stripe Sofort

    Hi there,

    I need a bit of help settign up Stripe Sofort. I have enabled it in the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page and I can see the Sofort option now on our Checkout page. However in the Stripe Sofort settings it says “Must be activated from your Stripe Dashboard Settings here”

    When I go to our stripe account the “Sofort” option is listed under our “eligible” payment methods not under our live payment methods. Do I need to make Sofort appear under our live payment methods, and if so how do I do that? As I said, I can see Sofort on our test website, but not sure if that is enough.

    Hey there,

    When I go to our stripe account the “Sofort” option is listed under our “eligible” payment methods not under our live payment methods.

    It sounds like you’ve been able to set up Stripe Sofort correctly on your own site but can’t enable it on the Stripe dashboard. Can you please reach out to Stripe to double check what could be going wrong on their end?
