A client had a previous install of wordpress in a directory labeled /wordpress/; I opted to reset it to /site/ for both the WordPress Address and the Site Address for a better visitor experience. When I hit save, I got 404’d instantly.

Now, when I try to log in to the /wordpress/ install, it redirects me to /site/ but /site/ doesn’t exist. Is there any way to change it back to its original setting through FTP and file editing? I’ve poked around a bit and while I’m pretty okay at some of this stuff, I want to make sure I don’t screw it up horribly.

(For the record, the .htaccess file says /wordpress/, which is where all the files are.)
