    Right now I only sell products from Printful. I contacted the support staff at Printful and they said that this plugin only works if you only have Printful products on your website. I want to sell other products that I will be shipping myself. What can I do to set it up without screwing up my integration with Printful?

    Hey,

    Nowadays you can use the plugin freely with both Printful and non-Printful products. Just make sure that you have setup shipping and tax rate options that can be used for non-Printful products since the automatic Printful shipping and tax rates will only apply to Printful products.

    If a customer will add both types of products to cart, they will be split in shipments and the customer will be able to pick a shipping method for both shipments separately.

    Yes but this would require two versions of all products that would not be fulfilled or shipped by Printful. This is not very practical if your store has 1,000 products. If you have local inventory of your Printful products how are your customers supposed to choose local pickup?

    There should be an option to disable Printful fulfillment, and shipping calculator if the customer chooses a particular shipping option, like local pickup. This would eliminate the need for multiple instances of the same product.

    Local Pickup Plus (a core woocommerce plugin) conflicts with the Printful plugin.

    It causes sync error in the printful backend (Responce is not JSON.) When a local order pickup order is submitted.

    Then also for bulk orders / wholesale customers printful should have the option to disable fulfillment and shipping calculator by user role.

    Hey gotsnow,

    I do not understand why would you need two versions of all products? To have ones that are Printed on Demand and others – the same exact shirts that you keep in stock?

    Can you please contact our support, give them a link to this topic and provide your accounts details for Printful so we can look at this in more depth?
