• Hi !

I wanted to know if there’s a plugin / some settings to queue orders ?

For example, i’m printing stuff on A0 format paper. But i can’t use for only 1 A4 order. I need to fill the entire surface, so 16 A4 is needed before printing all orders.

Is there a way to proceed ?

    Thanks !

  • Hey there! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

To ensure we provide the most accurate guidance, could you share a bit more about your requirements and needs for the plugin or settings you’re seeking?

    For instance:

    • What are your expectations regarding how to manage this on the dashboard?
    • What specific functionalities or features would be ideal for your workflow?
    • Just to confirm, you are seeking to combine orders to reach a specific quantity (16) before fulfilling them, right?
    • Any preferences or specific constraints you have in mind while managing these orders?

The more details you can provide, the better I can tailor the guidance or plugin recommendations to suit your needs effectively! Feel free to share any specifics, and I’ll do my best to assist you further.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Thanks

Yes im seeking to reach a specific quantity before fulfilling them.

I don’t look at some more stuff around, just a single field on the same area as stock management, a single field to set up “how many products in orders to group” (16 in my example).

    Hi there @vvhiteangel 👋

I understand that A0 paper size fits 16 A4. Also, you’d need a notification every 16 orders, in order to go ahead with printing them.

A rough way to achieve this, with core WooCommerce functionality, would be to utilize the Low stock threshold option.

For example, set the options as they are seen in the screenshot attached below. That way, when said product has sold 16 pieces, you’ll receive a notification, as the store manager, leaving room for more orders to come through. Feel free to experiment with the settings that’d work best, for your use case.
