is there any possibility how to set up different contact for order. I mean that order from customer 1 is send to email and order from customer 2 is send to different email.

    Hi there,

is there any possibility how to set up different contact for order. I mean that order from customer 1 is send to email and order from customer 2 is send to different email.

Great question. To set up product-specific emails, I’d suggest looking into one of the following extensions:

    AutomateWoo

Hi, thanks for your help. But i am not sure if you get my problem. I am setting a B2B and we have 2 people carying about it. They have set up custumers to two parts. And i am wondering if is there a plugind what could help to set a contact for individual custumer. That mean if custumer 1 made a order is information email send to 1 peorson and if customer 2 made order the information email about order is send to different person 2.

    Hi again Vladimir,

You’re right – I didn’t fully understand. Sorry about that!

To be honest, the answer is the same, however. I’d suggest using AutomateWoo for this case.

With AutomateWoo, you can set up a workflow that will email the order details to a specific email address if a particular customer has made an order.
