    Can the number displayed on the chat icon on the front end of the website only be displayed when there is a message? Then display it according to the actual number of chat messages?     Also, the online chat function allows direct communication only when logged in, and prompts you to log in when not logged in. Can this function be set? URL:https://prnt.sc/8PTCS-QU_mQZ

    Hello, @chengjianping , thanks for reaching out. As to your first question, I am afraid this is not possible as the pending messages feature is for decoration purpose only, to create an “invite” for customers to start the chat, and doesn’t reflect an actual number of visitors waiting on line.
