Set role on user registration

    Hi,
    I need to automatically set a role when a new user registers. I need them to be able to upload files. They are automatically set to have “subscriber” roles but I need to change this. I have installed your plugin but have no idea how to implement this.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry I have been very vague and cannot edit the above.

    I know in Settings > General you can set the ‘New User Default Role’, however if I change this to a role that allows user uploads this gives access to the main media library which I do not want. If they could upload to their own media library that would be great but I don’t want everyone seeing everyone elses files in the media library.

    Ive discovered this issue isn’t really anything to do with the member plugin and so ignore this issue.
