    I this maybe a feature request. I have an existing daily post notifcations Newsletter max post 3, (works 100%) If then I duplcate this Newsletter and assign a (different) new subscriber list. I do not want to change the cateorgories and tags. Is there any method to limit posts pulled into this new email based on the post creation date, let’s say 30 days. Is it possible to prevent posts that are more 31 days old from being included in the daily post queue. I can create and use new cats & or tags as the filters but I don’t really want to include or edit several years worth of posts that could be called by this new Newsletter.

    Hi @pix365,

    That’s a very interesting question.

    When creating a Post Notification, all the posts you see in the editor are going to be sent in the first email.

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exclude posts that have been already sent from a previous Post Notification to a different list.

    What you can do is to set the new Post Notification to be sent to a Test list, and after the first email is sent, you change it to the correct list, so only new published posts will be sent to them.

    Came up with a different workaround: changed Cat name A to B – then recreated Cat A, rechecked Newsletters to ensure only New Cat A was being used = I don’t need to retrain my user base as for them there is no change. However, still think it would be an awesome feature. Happy to close this one down, bye and Thanks, Terry
