set fontawesome css to defer

    since you’re loading FA via CDN would you please add “async” to the <link> tag so it defers? Currently flagged in Google’s Page Speed Insights for not being deferred.

    Sorry, I think the right way to ask that is if you can just include the all.css file in the plugin instead of using the CDN, like eye.js is.
