Set default state

Hello! How are you? I need to set a single state at checkout. It is automatically pre-selected. My country is “Argentina” and all the provinces are in state and I just want you to be able to place orders from “Buenos Aires”. How should I do so that only Buenos Aires appears, and then hide it through css so that the buyer does not see it, simplifying the purchase process? Thank you!!
