    I have just installed your plugin. it works as described.
    wondering if you can add a new feature – DEFAULT SORT ORDER. i would like to have my product reviews sort by NEWEST FIRST by DEFAULT.

    You have a quite interesting idea there, we are definitely keeping this in our mind. To follow up this features, it requires a bit of customization. If you need this urgently maybe check with your developer.
