 * I have selected from the back-end only one payment method which is “cash on delivery”.
 * Now, on the checkout page every time a user wants to order something he has to
   select “cash on delivery”.
 * He should not have to select this as long as it’s the only payment option available.
 * I’ve looked through “payment-method.php”.
 * It can be simpler just to use some javascript on document ready and select the
   payment method, or?
