 * Hi, I can see in the settings I can set my day availabilities. How can I set 
   up time slots? Also can I make a bank holiday unavailable? Or are these all pro
   features

    1) You can configure your timeslots at the Booking > Settings > Form

 * 2) In the Booking Calendar Free version the only way to set specific days as 
   unavailable to make blank booking at the Booking > Add booking page.
 * In the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to set sepcific
   dates as unavailable via season filters. Check more about this feature here:

 * Hi, thanks for your fast reply.
    So the time selection is just a question in 
   the form, how will the calendar know to block this time out when a booking is
   created to prevent double bookings?

    System is preventing of double bookings of the same timeslots.
 * Please watch the video in previous message. There is detail step by step guide
   about this.
 * Then you can download the Booking Calendar Free version and test it.
