 * Can you please provide us more details about what you want to achieve exactly?
   I tried to purchase 1000 units of that product in your site and I get them all
   added to the cart.
 * If what you’re asking for is to force your customers to select a min/max number
   of units or to increase the units by a multiplier (for example to only allow 
   them to pucrhase 1000, 2000, 3000, etc units), you’ll need to use a customization
   or an additional plugin to achieve it.
 * For example, I’d suggest you to take a look at [WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities](https://woocommerce.com/products/minmax-quantities)
   plugin or to search for any alternatives in the [official WordPress.org plugins repository](https://wordpress.org/plugins/).
