   file under events-manager/templates/forms/event/when.php

 * Yes, is for the frontend submission form. Thanks, for the answer.
 * I try this it, and works.
 * Copy the templates-folder to my theme, rename it and edit this file with succes:
   **
   when-with-recurring.php**
