• Hi, when a user starts the chat, it only gives 2-3 seconds of agent answer time

    Is there an option to change this time before that answer an agent and doesn’t close automatically after that time?

    I have not found an option in this plugin.

    Hi there,

    Agent answer time is set to 120 seconds after which the chat is considered unanswered and is automatically closed. There is also a 10 minute inactivity timeout which will also auto close the chat.

    Can you provide more detail on what you’re experiencing as i’m unsure how this can happen.
