Hm, for some reason Slimstat is not being able to assign a visit_id to those pageviews. Do you have access to your mysql error log to see if there’s anything interesting there?

I’ve got access but I don’t see anything in the mysqld.error.log. The visit_id is increasing sequentially for the entries I skimmed through.
It should be the same over multiple pageviews. What’s the URL?

I can’t seem to understand why, but on your website the cookie is being sent by the server, but the browser doesn’t like it for some reason and doesn’t keep it.

Where should the cookie be set? By the AJAX response for slimtrack_js?
Yes, and it is set indeed. But the browser doesn’t send it back the next time a page is loaded.

Your purchase has been refunded, being a bug in the software. Good catch! We’ll add a fix for this in 3.7.3.
