# Session Error

 * Hello! I have a plesk hosting plan and recently I deleted a registered website
   into the hosting control panel… I’ve registered the website again into the control
   panel, but now, it’s giving me an error when I activate the Divi Theme as my 
   default theme.
 * Error at the top

 * Could someone explain me how to get rid of it? My hosting support gave me a tutorial
   but I’m a beginner and this tutorial is so complex.

 * You have unexpected whitespace (either a space or an entire line) on line 1 of
   the `\wp-content\themes\Divi\header.php` file. See [this guide](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F)
   for more info.
 * Alternatively, replacing the file with one from a fresh download may resolve 
   the issue.

 * Thank you for your help James… I’ve already tried to do every step of this tutorial
   but it didn’t work for me. I don’t know what’s wrong. I installed this theme 
   in another website and it is normal. I already uninstalled the theme and installed
   again, switched the file… and tried to do as the tutorial says. But none of that
   steps worked for me.

 * What could be wrong? If the message specifies where the error is. Could it be
   in another file?

 * Have you contacted the theme’s developer? As it is a commercial theme, we really
   can’t support it directly here, but they do offer support with your purchase.

 * Yes! I’m waiting for their answer. Thank you James. I’ve just read a lot of forums
   talking about this problem. Nothing seems to work to me. Let’s see if they can
   help me!
