does anyone know where the size of the images that the theme uses for the services images is controlled ?

This is where I first used the theme and the “services” images were larger
http://www.wisteriahomes.com.au/wisteria/

then I redid the website from a fresh install and the “services” images are smaller
http://wisteriahomes.com.au/

I have tried changing the images/thumbnail sizes in wordpress settings, but doesnt seem to make any difference even if I delete and upload the images again
