Services and Services Category Not Showing

    Hi! I love the plugin! I really really want to use this plugin but the problem is the services is not saving, also the services category, it says service saved but after refreshing it is not saving.
    Please help me to resolve this, what possible plugin that may cause this bug?

    also I cannot send a Pre-purchase section on this support platform https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/, it is requiring me to insert a purchase code.
    is there any other platform to address my issue and probably get any solution?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us and we are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. This seems like a conflict with some other plugin, but we need to investigate it to be sure.

    The pre-purchase questions section doesn’t require a purchase code. So once you go to our support page, click “Submit a ticket” and choose the last option called “Pre-purchase questions for Amelia” (it is shown without logo so is not so visible), click on it and you will be able to submit a ticket without a purchase code. There we will be able to investigate this issue further.
