 * We are attempting to implement the plugin, but have multiple service times. Is
   there a way to see metrics data for an individual service? I don’t see that info
   in the dropdown boxes in the “Add New Metric” builder page.

 * Hi Chuck,
    At the moment, the only way to do that would be to create an event
   for each service time. We’ll add this to our wish/to-do list though.
